Nanti die berbuih. Cepat2 campurkan dalam adunan kek dan gaul&lt;br /&gt;Kemudian masukkan dalam loyang dan bakar pada suhu 170 darjah celsius selama 25-30 minit. Kek ni moist, jadi kena check awal. Keluarkan cepat-cepat bila lidi dan bersih.&lt;br /&gt;Sejukkan kek selama 10 minit sebelum keluarkan dari loyang. Sekiranya cream cheese masih sejuk dan terus diadun dengan mixer, hasil adunan akan menjadi berketul-ketul dan tidak licin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2) Masukkan cream cheese ke dalam bekas mixer dan adunkannya dengan mixer sehingga kembang dan nampak 'fluffy'. Selepas itu, masukkan perahan jus lemon ke dalam adunan ini dan adunkan sehingga sebati.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3) Kemudian, cairkan coklat compound White dan sejukkannya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4) Selepas itu, campurkan adunan dari langkah (2) dengan coklat compund putih cair yang telah disejukkan tadi (jangan masukkan coklat compund cair yang masih panas ke dalam adunan cream cheese kerana ia boleh menyebabkan adunan berminyak). Kacau adunan hingga sebati tanpa menggunakan mixer. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5) Seterusnya, campurkan oreo crumb dan 1/2 sudu kecil Vanilla ke dalam adunan filling cheese cake untuk memberikan aroma yang wangi dan menyelerakan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6) Gunakan biskut oreo sbg base dlm paper cup. Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).  &lt;br /&gt;2. In a large bowl, beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. &lt;br /&gt;3. Gradually add in the sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat until thick and glossy. Overbeaten egg whites lose volume and deflate when folded into other ingredients. Be absolutely sure not a particle of grease or egg yolk gets into the whites. &lt;br /&gt;4. Gently fold in vanilla extract, lemon juice and cornstarch.&lt;br /&gt;5. Spoon mixture on the parchment paper. Working from the center, spread mixture toward the outside edge, building edge slightly. This should leave a slight depression in the center.&lt;br /&gt;6. Bake for 1 hour. Turn off heat.  Leave in the oven for about 15 min. Cool on a wire rack.&lt;br /&gt;7. Remove the paper, and place meringue on a flat serving plate. Fill the center of the meringue with whipped cream, sweetened if desired. Panaskan oven 170 degree. Sapukan loyang dgn butter atau alas dgn kertas minyak&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan semua bahan-bahan ke dalam mixer atau blender. Mix biar sampai jadi cream&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan ke dalam loyang dan bakar selama 40-45 minit&lt;br /&gt;4. Setelah hampir masak atau selepas 30 minit bolehlah letak aluminium foil untuk mengelakkan permukaan hangus.&lt;br /&gt;5. Bila sejuk, simpan dalam peti ais semalaman untuk mendapatkan rasa cheese cake yang sedap.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nota:  tuan asal resepi tak ingat la sbb byk sgt browsing cari resepi smpi tak ingat dah. Ketepikan, biar sejuk&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan B – Karamel&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tin susu cair (susu luna tin besar)&lt;br /&gt;70 gram gula caster (7 sudu besar je - rasa tak la manis sangat) &lt;br /&gt;1/2 sudu teh esen vanilla&lt;br /&gt;3 biji kuning telur&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara: Kacau sebati – pastikan tiada buih dan tapis di atas gula hangus yang sudah beku&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan C – Kek&lt;br /&gt;140 gram tepung gandum&lt;br /&gt;70 gram gula castor (8 sudu besar)&lt;br /&gt;3 biji kuning telur&lt;br /&gt;135 ml air (7 sudu besar)&lt;br /&gt;7 sudu besar minyak sayuran&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu teh baking powder (tidak perlu jika menggunakan tepung naik sendiri)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara: &lt;br /&gt;1. Kuning telur, air dan minyak dipukul sehingga kembang. &lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan gula, pukul lagi hingga naik sekali ganda. &lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan tepung dan baking powder. &lt;br /&gt;4. Ketepikan sementara kita siapkan bahan D&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan D – Meringue&lt;br /&gt;6 biji putih telur&lt;br /&gt;70 gram gula castor (8 sudu besar)&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu teh cream of tartar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara: &lt;br /&gt;1. Pukul bahan-bahan atas sehingga kembang dan tidak jatuh bila diangkat dengan sudu&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kaedah terakhir:&lt;br /&gt;1. Satukan bahan C dan D. Kaup-balik sehingga sebati.&lt;br /&gt;2. Bahagikan kepada 3 bahagian, dan titiskan pewarna berlainan kepada setiap bahagian. Kacau sehingga warna sebati.&lt;br /&gt;3. Di dalam loyang berisi karamel dan gula hangus tadi, sendukkan 1 bahagian warna kek ke bahagian tengah karamel. &lt;br /&gt;4. Sendukkan warna yang lain ke tengah-tengah bahagian adunan kek yang disendukkan sebelum ini. Ulang proses ini sehingga adunan kek habis.&lt;br /&gt;5. Panaskan oven dengan suhu 375 F. Masak kek secara double boiler (letak loyang adunan di atas loyang lain yang berisi air).&lt;br /&gt;Masak selama 40 minit di bahagian bawah oven.&lt;br /&gt;6. Masukkan cendawan, stok ayam, bawang dan thyme dan periuk dan rebus selama hingga cendawan empuk.&lt;br /&gt;2. Setelah empuk masukkan dalam food processor atau blender, kisar tapi jangan sampai hancur cendawan tu. Biar nampak chunky2 sikit.&lt;br /&gt;3. Dalam periuk lain, cairkan mentega dan masukkan tepung. Kacau campuran tersebut sehingga sebati.&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan campuran susu segar dan whip cream, garam, lada hitam dan campuran cendawan yang dikisar tadi.&lt;br /&gt;5. Kacau selalu sehingga mencapai kepekatan yang dikehendaki.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Croutons&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan-bahan &amp;amp; Cara-cara&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;7-8 keping roti&lt;br /&gt;3 sudu minyak zaitun&lt;br /&gt;3 ulas bawang putih ditumbuk&lt;br /&gt;Garam secukup rasa&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.Potong roti kepada kiub-kiub kecil.&lt;br /&gt;2. cili merah&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara&lt;br /&gt;1. Buat hirisan pangkah di atas permukaan daging ayam.&lt;br /&gt;Perapkann ayam dengan Pati MAGGI dan lada hitam selama 10 minit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Ghazali&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bahan gula hangus&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;100 gm air&lt;br /&gt;100 gm gula&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bahan Puding&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5 biji telur&lt;br /&gt;100 gm gula halus&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdt esen vanilla&lt;br /&gt;250 liter susu segar&lt;br /&gt;250 gm krim putar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1) Didih air bersama gula. Kemudian campurkan kedalam tepung.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;2) uli sehingga menjadi adunan tetapi adunan mee agak kering bukan macam buat doh karipap (ala-ala serbuk roti)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;3) ambil sedikit adunan dam masukkan ke dalam mesin pasta pada no 1. Sanusi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Bahan-bahan&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Beras pulut&lt;br /&gt;10 biji telur (saiz kecil)&lt;br /&gt;12 keping Gula melaka&lt;br /&gt;400 ml Santan pekat (diambil dari 1/2 biji kelapa)+ sedikit garam&lt;br /&gt;Daun pandan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Caranya&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1) Panaskan gula melaka dengan sedikit air dan daun pandan sehingga gula melaka cair. Setelah agak kering masukkan bahan2 dikisar halus dan tumiskan sehingga naik bau&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2) Bancuh serbuk kari dengan sedikit air. Masukkan kedalam periuk dan tumis hingga naik minyak&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3) Masukkan ayam, kacau rata hingga ayam separuh empuk.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4) Masukkan air mengikut kepekatan yang dikehendakki dan biar mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5) Masukkan kentang &amp;amp; keledek yang dilenyek halus dan kacau rata&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6) Bila mendidih, perasakan dengan garam dan gula dan pastikan kuah ada rasa manis.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;7) Renihkan dengan api perlahan hingga kuah sedikit pekat.
